These terms explain what you can expect from Mawj and what we ask of you. They're written in plain language on purpose. If something is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
What these terms cover
They cover this website (mawj.ibnuafdel.com) and the paid courses you enroll in through the Mawj bot on Telegram. By using the website or enrolling, you agree to them.
The free lessons and outlines
Course outlines and the lessons marked free are yours to read and learn from, on as many devices as you like, with no account.
You're welcome to reuse the code examples in your own programs. Please don't copy the lessons themselves onto other websites or channels; link to them instead.
Enrolling and paying
You enroll through the Mawj bot on Telegram. The bot shows the price before you pay. You pay by Telebirr or CBE transfer and send the receipt link to the bot, which checks it and gives you access.
If the check fails, email us at ibnuafdel@gmail.com with your receipt and a person will look at it.
Your access
Enrolling gives you personal access to that course's private Telegram channel and group for as long as the course runs, including updates to it.
Access is for you alone. Please don't share invite links, forward the course videos outside the course, or upload them elsewhere. We may remove access that is shared or resold.
Refunds
Once your course access has been given, payments are not refunded. The free lessons and course outlines are there so you can decide before you pay.
The exception is a payment problem on our side. If you paid twice for the same course, were charged the wrong amount, or your access fails and we can't fix it, we refund the affected payment. To ask, email us at ibnuafdel@gmail.com with your receipt.
The course group
The group is for learning together. Be respectful, keep messages on topic, and don't post spam or other people's private information. We may remove anyone who makes the group worse for others.
What we can and can't promise
We teach as carefully and accurately as we can, and we fix mistakes when we find them. We can't promise a particular result, such as a job or a grade, and the website is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and announce important changes in the Telegram channel.
